Tucked away from the crowds in beautiful Talega, San Clemente, CA, Barnoa Wine & Beer Bistro has been dubbed a hidden gem by local patrons. Barnoa is much more than a wine bar - it's a wine shop stacked with interesting finds, a taphouse with an incredible rotating selection of beers, a bistro with food that's better than any photo could possibly show, and MOST importantly, it's a favorite gathering spot for all of our friends and neighbors in Talega and the greater San Clemente area.

“I had my wedding rehearsal lunch at Barnoa and it was amazing! We provided the staff with decorations to place around the room and they did a great job with this! Kim was so communicative throughout the whole process and helped me figure out what entrees to select along with beer/wine. The food was outstanding and everyone received their food in a timely manner, all still warm which is impressive for a 40 person guest count. Cannot recommend Barnoa enough for any event needs!”
