A visionary Asian American Museum is emerging in Orange County, set to be a new regional landmark.

Driven by passionate organizers, community forums and cultural celebrations are rallying local support.

The goal is to give Asian American history a lasting physical space that honors the contributions and stories shaping Orange County.

The proposed museum at Irvine’s Great Park will house archives, host educational programs, and feature vibrant year-round festivities.

This project aims to blend national influence with deep local roots, setting itself apart from existing cultural centers.

Interactive workshops and food festivals have recently engaged wide audiences, building momentum and pride within the community.

Community input, especially from listening tours, is shaping plans for intergenerational exhibits and authentic storytelling.

Supporters see the museum as vital for students, families, and future generations, strengthening a shared sense of heritage in Orange County.
