Our elegant tasting room, established in 2021, invites you to unwind and savor the finest reserve wines from our Paso Robles winery. Situated along the scenic North Coast Highway, our venue provides a sophisticated escape with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Here, comfort and refined ambiance blend seamlessly, creating the perfect setting to enjoy our exceptional portfolio of wines. Discover an elevated tasting journey where every sip is enhanced by breathtaking coastal vistas. Max 6 people per party. No outside food is allowed. 21 and over only! “Wow what a hidden gem! My fiancé and I happened to stumble upon this spot and were welcomed in by Tyler who was an incredible host. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable about the wine we tasted and gave the perfect recommendations. He also went out of his way to help us celebrate our brand new engagement by going above and beyond. We will definitely be back and hope that Tyler is there when we visit again. Thank you for helping us make an incredible memory on our special day!”

“Stopped by with my mom and service dog yesterday because my mom’s maiden name was bianchi and we wanted to buy a bottle. Punk kid working there couldn’t have been worse at his job. First he asks what type of condition that I have to have a service dog, which I’m pretty sure is illegal but I had no problem telling him and then showing my dogs medical card and QR code. I should also mention we were the only people in the store and stated that we had no problem leaving if this made anyone feel uncomfortable. Anyway, the worst part about our experience was his snobby attitude when my mom was asking simple questions about the wine. Like the type of person that makes you feel dumb when you ask a question. Anyway, it’s a shame for Bianchi because we probably would have left with 6 bottles but instead left quickly with none because of our experience with their employee. I hope to try a bottle another time soon!”
