What people say
1 out of 5 stars
“Terrible service and food quality is awful. Dry hard wings. Constantly will get your order wrong with no apology. They have been this way for over a decade so no excuses besides that this location is just bad. 5/27/22 my son wants bw3 but wanna bet we have the same terrible experience and same terrible service? Welcome to Irvine and buffalo wild wings! Please fill out the form hahahaha. In other words, we don't care, we are just required by corporate to say these things. You all need to get a degree and real jobs. Update 10/8/22 Same hateful experience. This location apparently hates their customers. Ordered some food, they missed items, after informing them so, they literally laughed at at me. Maybe it is because I'm a minority? Update 12/4/22: I actually received what I ordered for once! It's sad when you celebrate that you got what you ordered and paid for, but hey, small things I guess? Update 02/10/23 - I retract my previous positive review. Wow today was bad. They are clearly intentionally "forgetting" items. The "response from owner" was also bogus. I filled out the form and received no response. This has simply become a scam company. 10/5/2026 same shit. I stupidly filled out the bullshit form and now I get inundated with constant spam from this shit "company" that should finally bankrupt 10/6/2026 update Response from the Nick Hey "owner". We're sorry to hear you don't care that I had a negative experience with YOUR location. Please fill out this bogus form that NOBODY WILL EVER READ at the bottom of BuffaloWildWings.com/FAQ where it says 'Orders & Visits' and we will address with the team. Who will address my racist concerns and awful experience? Nobody of course.”
