“Our family eats at Chili's quite often. Usually, no issues. Tonight we had some issues. We asked to move to another table due to our party had 6. The 6 top they sat us at was extremely small. We asked to be moved and it took 20 minutes even though there were plenty of open tables. Appetizers came out, Southwestern Egg rolls always a favorite. 2 guests in our party asked for their salads to be tossed with a side of dressing. The salads came out, not tossed and no side dressing. A smokehouse bbq 3 item plate came out last about 5 min after everyone elses meal. The waiter even asked if we were told anything about the late entree. No. Then once it got there one item was missing. The waiter said the kitchen ran out of sausage do you want to replace it with another item. Chicken was not crispy, ribs were overcooked and the brisket quesadilla was dry and had a tiny amount of meat. White mac and cheese was good and the asparagus was cooked to perfection. Overall a 200.00 bill plus tip for 6 people was disappointing. It'll be awhile before we think about Chilis for a meal....”
