Colony Wine Merchant is a family owned wine bar and shop in the heart of Downtown Anaheim, five minutes from Disneyland, named the #1 bar in the U.S. by Yelp. The wine list is personally curated by Sonya Villegas Kelsen, a wine professional with over 30 years of experience, focusing on organically farmed, biodynamically grown wines. The kitchen is seed oil free with shareable plates, entrees, artisan cheese, and charcuterie. Available for private events including bridal showers, baby showers, milestone birthdays, and corporate gatherings for up to 50 guests. Colony Hour Tuesday through Friday, 5 to 7pm. Wine Wednesday, 20% off every bottle. Open Tuesday through Saturday. 21+

“A wine bar that makes you forget you are in the middle of Orange County. The verity of wine is tremendous and changes often but you will always find something to enjoy. What is consistent is the friendly atmosphere, comfortable seating and staff who make the place feel like you are going to a friends house. We always appreciate their willingness to make conversation or leave the party to themselves if that is the vibe. We never pass on a cheese plate! It’s great place for date night, stop by after a long day where silence is golden, or to enjoy an evening catching up with friends.”
