What people say

“This is my local dive, great prices but I only swing in early and the afternoons. Lots of TV's for football, two pool tables...and darts... Cute ladies most mornings! Esteban is for the ladies 4pm to 9pm on Thursdays.”

“to handle situations where a woman is being intimidated or threatened by another customer. I tried to get help last night and the way your male bartender handled it was horrible. A drunk male customer was threatening and intimidating me and my friends and refusing to leave the table I was sitting at. I felt unsafe enough that I went to the bartender and specifically asked for security. He acted like he was going to help at first, but by the end of the situation his attitude toward me was completely inappropriate. When a woman is telling your staff that a drunk man is making her feel threatened and unsafe, the response should not be to basically tell her to calm down or make her feel like she is the problem. I was already being taunted and intimidated by this man, and instead of feeling protected by the staff, I walked away feeling even more upset about how the situation was handled. I am extremely disappointed. Customers should be able to ask staff for help when they feel unsafe and actually be taken seriously. After this experience, I will not be coming back.”
