Out of the Park Pizza

“Waited longer than necessary just to place my to go order. Was not even greeted or told they were busy and would get back to me. Just ignored. Staff is not friendly to anyone else but their regulars. Everyone else was being addressed and helped out. I was being ignored. Waited more than half an hour for our to go order of pepperoni chips and cheesy bread. No update from the cashier until I approached her after twenty minutes of waiting around to see how much longer our order would be. She dismissed me, saying they had a large order before me. Whether or not that was true, displaying attention and checking up on all your specific guests but not taking the time to update me on my order speaks volumes about the way you treat your guests. Food is pretty good. Service is not worth it.”

“Very bad experience. We had a group that had scheduled thru the manager, an area for us and a certain corkage fee. When we arrived we were told that corkage fee was much more, same amount as if we bought a bottle of wine there, and that we could not have the whole area we were given. The staff at the time did not care what we were told we had. They were rude and not did not care what we were told.”

“Pizza is so so, nothing to brag about. The staff is friendly and great. The gaming area is a rip off and the flooring is extremely sticky from beer being spilt, needs immediate replacement with a non-felt option.”
