“This place is nice enough. Really like that it's dedicated to first responders and military personnel. They have patches from private EMS, ambulance, fire, police, security, probation, etc. It's nice the recognition to every organization that walks through there . That said, I am not sure I want to give my money to a bar that blatantly plaster the largest patch in the place - which is an ICE patch. For starters, ICE is NOT law enforcement and are not sworn peace officers. To put them in the same caliber as police is insulting to police. You can have whatever political beliefs you want, but to me that almost borders on racist, especially considering the different and diverse background all first responders and military personnel come from. Knowing that and still plastering something as controversial as ICE. That said, I understand this is a private establishment and the owner had every right to put up ICE patches, so I can't complain, but I do have the right to inform people that this is the political view the owner holds, so anyone can make an informed decision if they wanna spend money here. To some, it's a deal breaker. To some, a reason to support this bar even more. To most, probably indifference.”

“Great little local dive bar”

“I am out of town for the holiday weekend, and I picked this bar to go to because somehow it has a 4.5 star rating. I mean, maybe if you're a local regular it's 4.5 stars, but not if you've never been. This is one of those "regulars" dive bars where if they don't know you, not only do you not get good service, but you get side eyes from the clientele and the bartender. The bartender, Tess, didn't even thank me when I closed out. I usually tip very well, but I didn't this time, probably shouldn't have tipped at all with the absolute disinterest that I was there. The karaoke guy was nice. Yeah, if you're thinking "Oh, a 4.5 star bar near my hotel, I'll try that out for a couple of drinks." I don't recommend it.”
