“I really liked the decor and outlay and the designs of the place reminded me of all the bands I've loved since high school. So credit where credit is due. One thing that did irk me a bit is I apparently arrived several minutes before my order was done. The hostess didn't offer me a seat or even a glass of water while I wait. She made me stand awkwardly in the corner by the fire extinguisher while I stood there like an idiot and families were walking by trying to get through. All the while, numerous staff members saw me standing there awkwardly waiting for my order and not a single one of them offered me a place to sit while I wait or a drink. For all the great decor, the hospitality was seriously lacking. I hope someone in management sees this and makes an attempt to work on it.”
