Applebee's Grill + Bar

“You can improve everything. Better food service, the server sucked her name was Guadalupe, she would disappear and take forever to come back. She laughed and scoffed when my family told her I was celebrating my 29th birthday still trying to make it seem like I was lying about my birthday just to get a drink, went to get my ID from the car to show her. Manager Pierce didn't make any type of appearance to ask how our dining experience was, very disappointed. It doesn't take much to hold good server standards at an Applebee's, and quite frankly they did not meet any of the good standards. Food was mid. Drinks were terrible. Service sucked. Avoid at all costs and just go anywhere BUT here. Oh and my family mentioned since the beginning they were celebrating my birthday and wanted them to come sing to me yet I just got a poorly made ice cream scoop with more whip cream than ice cream and told happy bday from server. AVOID THIS PLACE! WORST SERVERS and management sucks. The manager was too busy doing his employees work to even do any guest touch standards. Poor experience here.”

“Guadalupe was an amazing server! She was incredibly sweet, had such a wonderful personality, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Her attentiveness and kindness truly made our experience even better. Applebee’s needs more employees like her! She deserves to be recognized for the excellent customer service she provides. Thank you, Guadalupe, for making our visit so enjoyable!”
