“Drinks were weak like chili's & Applebee's. Maybe it's my standards but I like mine cheesecake factory strong and not too sweet. The service is great and the food is also great so yummy. I'd go for a glass of wine instead of a cocktail here”

“This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Santa Ana! I’ve only been in the area for 1 week yet I’ve been to Chapter One: the modern local 4 times! Their food is absolutely phenomenal!! No other words describe how fantastic their food is! Hands down the best bread pudding I’ve ever had! Their blackened shrimp tacos are so good I’ve ordered them twice! Tomorrow I will order the birria tacos on taco Tuesday. Can’t wait!”
