“I’ve been ordering from and dining at this place for years. Today I ordered 2 “bowls”oof soup and other things. They sent me 2 “cups” of soups and when I called, after talking to 3 different people they fist told me it was not possible because they have not received any cup shipments (as if I was lying about receiving cups instead of bowls) and when I provided a picture they told me their bowl size have changed and now the fruit cups are the smaller size for soups! Very dissatisfied with the way of communication (passive aggressive and accusatory) and the size of the soups since they were way smaller than the bowl size I always order from this restaurant. Bad customer service!”

“I ordered two kids' grilled cheese meals today, and my kids wanted fruit cups with them. I'm attaching a photo of what they served, which says it all. The fruit looked pretty sad, and when I complained, the staff didn't even offer fresh ones—she just asked if I wanted oatmeal instead? ??,”

“I ordered a cappuccino, and I was shocked by how disappointing it was. The cup felt incredibly light and was practically half-empty. When I opened it, it was mostly just foam, with barely any coffee or milk flavor. Honestly, this was the worst cappuccino I have ever purchased. You seriously need to reconsider your barista’s training. A cappuccino should be made with properly balanced espresso and milk, not just a cup full of foam. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of the coffee and the staff’s preparation skills. Very disappointing experience!”
