“Parking was difficult here so I was not thrilled at the beginning of my Crave experience. The restaurant has a counter where you order, are given a number and the food is brought to you. It was quiet when we first arrived at around 1130am but it got very loud as more people came in for the lunch rush. There were so many people standing in line to order, most talking with friends or colleagues; that combined with the high ceilings and someone shouting names when their orders were ready, made it almost impossible to hear my 2 companions. The food was okay, though the bread was super thick...I had to use a knife and fork as it was literally hard take a bite. We split the giant snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies between us, and again, just mediocre. The bright spot was the excellent and friendly service. If I were to return to Crave, I would ask if the sandwich bread could be toasted and I would try to sit outside; even though it's on the street, it has to get quieter out there.”
