Gallo's Italian Deli Corona Del Mar

“Several times I wanted a better experience than obtained. The first time I visited the Italian sandwich was delicious but caused GI issues. This was explained by having witnessed sanitation violations. Today my peaceful morning was upset with the poor faux customer service. They do not have an option to get a sandwich. This is inflexibility and out of touch mentality with client base needs. Concern over privacy of personal info was treated with attitude and control issues. Then to try to cover "have a beautiful day" salutation. It is better to not say anything than to try to cover your passive aggressive attitude with empty sentiment. They could care less if my day was beautiful for not they already closed cortisol levels to increase by discounting a valid concern for personal info protection. All this warrants the waiting of my time on my precious lunch 10 minutes or write this warning review.”

“I don’t know anyone with a happier disposition than the Latino man who works at the deli counter slicing all the meats and cheeses. His smile is simply infectious and he always brightens my day! Excellent food and excellent staff.”
