What people say

“I literally waited 35 minutes for a coffee. David was slow and had no help from coworkers. And David gave me the worst service, lied about giving me a medium coffee when I asked 2 times and didnt even make it specialty. This was my birthday coffee. And this is not how a Specialty Mocha Looks like! I have bought it before and this is unacceptable”

“Service is always excellent. Employees are friendly and provide excellent service. Donuts are always fresh and tasty. I will say that the brewed coffee is a bit bitter and thick and I did not enjoy it but that is my preference.”
