“Ordered a ham and cheese, got all the way home, and realized they gave me turkey instead. I had to drive all the way back, and not one person apologized. It honestly looked like they just took the turkey out and slapped one slice of ham on it. Terrible customer service! Mistakes happen, but the least you can do is apologize and make it right.”

“Visiting Garden Grove and noticed Lee's Sandwiches. I had to go in for my fix. I ordered 2 baguette sandwiches (yes 2 for me) and a large Vietnamese iced coffee. Nearly choked with the price, a little over $27 (way more expensive than Lee's Sandwiches in San Diego). One sandwich was hot (BBQ pork) exactly what I expected, nice and warm baguette with all the fixings. The second was a club sandwich. I asked no tomatoe and they asked if I wanted everything else on it, including mayonnaise. I said yes. They put a packet of mayonnaise, a packet of mustard, and some onions and I couldnt see what else inside the packaging where they put the sandwich. I was driving so it was difficult to see everything in the package but the sandwich was a bit of a disappointment, cold American cheese (tasted artificial and I wasn't offered an option, not sure if they have options), cold cuts with bacon, and some lettuce. Pretty basic but felt dry, perhaps it was missing the mayo (or something else), not impressed.”
