“One of the things like love to do is try to find places that mimic the actual places that you have in The country in Vietnam. If you know the culture of the people in vietnam, they put the enjoyment of going out at night with all their friends and family and have fun eating and drinking beers. I travel a lot throughout the country and look for places where they have Vietnamese places where they have this type of venue. There is not a lot of places like this so I am always looking forward to my trip to Orange County every six months. I saw Quan Gio to try this place out. I am glad I did as I was very impressed with this place. It met all of my criteria and highly recommend you brining a lot of friends and make it a night. The menu is very extensive so you will find something that you like. From all the protein meats to vegetarian dishes, so they have it. I had ordered two separate dishes at different times and they were so quick and got each of my orders out within 5 mins after I ordered them. The prices are in line with these types of places. What is good is you order a couple of different dishes and they are shareable. All of the servers are fantastic! They make sure that even the table of one person gets the attention. I watched the owner of the restaurant and I can see that she is passionate about her customers. She made sure that each table has everything they need and not sitting around waiting. The two dishes that I orders were delicious and had so much flavorful. The sauce that came with them were also unique and complement the dish. I will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes. What I loved about the place is that they had about 5 servers and they worked really really hard! They are running around doing everything and I mean everything from filling every little requests to clearing and wiping tables to get everything that you need! They also worked like a team and I could ask any of the server if I needed something instead of waiting for one server. As a customer, the service is spot on. One thing that I do recommend they can do is reduce the grunt work for them and hire a bus boy to do all the clearing of the tables and allow all the beautiful servers to take a few minutes to talk to their customers to improve the experience. I will be back as I have marked this a must visit again.”
