“Food was amazing! The Gran Breakfast Burritos might be one of the best breakfast burritos around. Unfortunately, our server, Kiera, was the most inexperienced, unfriendly server I have ever encountered. To start I asked for the chilaquiles plate and asked to sub rice and beans for potatoes. She said that wouldn't be possible because it comes with rice and beans. I then asked if there was a reason for it and she continued to say "I'm not the one cooking back there". She didn't come back to check on us at all. She just stood in one place the whole time. All the other servers that checked on her tables were amazing. At one point she was told by another server to help out. After I paid the bill she proceed to snatch money that my wife had handed to me from the table. She probably thought it was the tip; I understand that, but wouldn't you wait for the customer to leave before grabbing the tip and stuffing it in your pocket? It's etiquette she's lacking. Kiera needs to be retrained or written up. She is definitely one of the worst servers I have eve encountered. I've encountered tons of servers and this is the first time I write a negative review regarding one.”

“3 adults and 1 child. 1 ham and egg order, 1 chicken burrito, 1 waffle egg and ham, 1 child waffle and egg. I ordered my waffle egg and ham as I was the first to order. The last order was for the child waffle and egg. They came out and told us the waffle maker was having issues so we switched the child one to french toast and egg. We assumed they used a smaller waffle maker for the child order. They brought out everyones food but mine as it was delayed due to the bad waffle maker. I told him thats fine bring me a ham and egg scramble instead, he insisted that it would only be 2 minutes for the waffle. Two turned into 10-15 minutes. Most of my party had finished there meals when they brought me waffle and eggs. I asked if he could bring me my ham. He assured me i ordered the waffle and egg. The waffle looked cooked unevenly, just told him to take it back and I no longer wanted it. Food is expensive and this guy has been our waiter numerous times but never been this bad. I will no longer return due to the horrible service and inability to make things right. Also wanted to mention since we were regulars the bill always comes to me and gets paid by me, he took the bill and the tap to pay machine to someone else in my party. Maybe he assumed I would of tipped 0 and the assumption would of been correct. Note i regularly tip at the high end every time. Done with this place, a shame because food was decent but without great service I can go somewhere else for the price.”
