Since opening our first location nearly a decade ago on Newport Beach’s iconic peninsula, Sessions West Coast Deli has redefined the idea of a neighborhood sandwich shop. Sessions was brought to life from a collaboration between highly driven Orange County born and raised dreamers-slash-entrepreneurs Matt Meddock, Beckham Thomas, and Chef Max Schlutz. We pride ourselves on being relevant, modern, and chef driven, with a commitment to familiar yet premium ingredients. Every facet of the Sessions brand – from our house-made sauces and sides, to our logo and restaurant design – communicates a commitment to quality and authenticity.

“The food is good, but it takes FOREVER to get my food. I ordered a salad and soup and it took 15+ min to get to me. When I go there, I am prepared to wait 20 min for my food, which is kind of crazy since I just do soup and salad most of the time. However, the food is good so I just wait for it.”

“Friendly staff but definitely needs more training including chefs. Waited 20 minutes for a small soup Togo. Not sure if the soups are pre batched but regardless 20 minutes for a small order Togo is unacceptable. Do better.”
