“Extremely disappointed. I have honestly never left a review like this before, but what I saw tonight was disgusting. I pulled up around 11:50 PM to midnight Friday night. Before I even ordered, I saw a guy behind the truck blowing his nose and basically clearing everything out of his nose. At first, I honestly thought he was just a customer hanging around or waiting for his food, so I did not think much of it. I walked up, was greeted by the guy at the register, who was actually a nice guy, and ordered a burrito. While I was waiting, I could see directly into the truck and started watching them prepare the food. That is when I realized the same guy I had just watched blowing his nose behind the truck was now inside preparing people’s food. I kept watching because I honestly could not believe it. He was handling and preparing food with his bare hands. From what I could see, pretty much everyone working inside the truck was handling food without gloves. I eventually saw one guy put gloves on while working around the fryer, but the guy I had just watched blowing his nose continued preparing food. At that point, I was done. I had already paid, but I told the guy at the register to just keep the food. I did not even want the burrito anymore. I told him exactly what I had just seen and why I was leaving. What really got me was everybody in the truck basically stopped what they were doing and turned around and looked at me. They all looked completely dumbfounded, like they immediately knew exactly what I was talking about. Nobody even knew what to say. There was no explanation or response. They just stood there looking at me, and honestly, that reaction said enough for me. Again, the guy at the register was actually nice, so this is not about bad customer service. This is completely about sanitation and food handling. Watching someone blow his nose like that and then seeing that same person preparing customers’ food with his bare hands was enough for me. I am extremely disappointed that I even have to write a review like this. I have never left a review like this before and honestly hate even doing it. But after what I personally saw tonight, I just could not ignore it. I really hope they take this seriously and clean things up, because what I saw was nasty and completely unacceptable when you are preparing people’s food.”
