“Stay away. They don't know a thing about customizing hair cuts. They know one way to cut and apply that for every one whatever you may have shown them. Did the worst hair cut my family has seen for my kid. Did not respect my request to keep knee length hair that I have had for 40 years and trimmed it to waist in the name of layering.”
