“had a bit of an incident here where a stylist didn't quite cut my hair the way I wanted, but I am still giving this salon 5 stars because of the absolute saint working at the front office and the salon is spotless and clean. From the moment my mom and I walked in, she was incredibly kind and welcoming. After the conflict happened, she immediately stepped up and took it entirely upon herself to fix the issue. She personally jumped in, and her technique was absolutely amazing. She made sure that both my mom and I walked out completely happy with the final result. I forgot to get her name, but she was running the front office today. My hair needs to grow out a bit more before it can be fully styled, but I will 100% be returning to have her fix it when it's longer. Thank you so much for turning a stressful moment into a good customer experience!"”
