“Andy completely butchered my hair. I’ve been here a couple of times before. For the past 7 times, I would literally just tell them the word “medium” and they would get the cut perfect. I came here today, said the same thing, and expected the same clean cut. However, Andy cut some hair, asked me about the length, and I said that it was good, and I didn’t want it any shorter. Then, he turns me away from the mirror, and then PROCEEDS TO CUT MY HAIR EVEN MORE. Bro, WHAT THE HELL!? Long story short, my hair was WAY shorter than usual, and it seems like his hand was shaky because he really messed up small bits that are usually clean. I ain’t coming back EVER again.”
