“Star Rating: 2/5 Friendly front desk, but 3 failed attempts, rushed work, and pricing issues. I really had to consider writing this and after 24 hours I must share my experience. The front desk gentleman had great customer service, he was super attentive and kind but the manicure experience itself was extremely disappointing—especially for my first time getting gel nails. I came in during the morning and saw Tina. When she finished, the front desk gentleman looked at my nails, agreed they weren't right, and sent me back to Jessica. While Tina took 50 minutes, Jessica tried to "fix" them in under 10 minutes. It felt completely rushed, leaving polish outside my nail beds and cuticles unhandled and painted over. I said they were fine just so I could get back to work on time, but I called later to express my disappointment. The front desk kindly offered to have me come back after work to fix them again. Unfortunately, attempt #3 after work with Jessica was another quick 5-minute touch-up rather than a thorough fix. Just one day later, they look rushed, old, and are already chipping. Looking at them makes me sad to be honest. I was so excited to get them done. On top of that, there was a pricing discrepancy. As soon as I sat down, Tina quoted me $35 plus a 20% Happy Hour discount (expecting $28–$30), but at checkout, I was charged $50 minus 20% ($40 total). Between three failed attempts and being overcharged, I don't think I'll be returning and to be honest now I’m reconsidering ever getting a manicure again. Just when you think you found a good place disappointment hits. I’ve added photos for reference.”

“I had such a great experience at Classy Nail Polish in Tustin! I got a Gel-X set with Jessica, and she did such an amazing job. I loved how she paid attention to the details and brought the design I wanted to life. My nails came out so cute and I’m obsessed with them! I also got a pedicure and it was the perfect way to finish my appointment. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and the whole experience felt relaxing. They also have a great happy hour promotion with 20% off Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, which is such a good deal! Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new nail salon in Tustin! 💅✨”
