“I went to get a full set of builder gel. One of my nails (my pinky) was partially broken, so the girl put a little bit of glue on it before applying the gel on top. While she was using the drill to file my nails, she got distracted and accidentally cut a piece of another nail (my thumb). She simply apologized and applied a thicker layer of gel to reshape it. Today, the nail that she had glued on fell off. Keep in mind that these are my natural nails, I’m not wearing tips or extensions. It’s only been a little over a week, and one of my other natural nails has already started separating from the gel. Honestly, I’m disappointed with how quickly the nails started coming off, especially since I had them done professionally and they were supposed to last much longer.”

“Such a great experience! 💕 Tristan and Vicc were amazing and were able to take my appointment at 8 PM, which I really appreciated since it’s so hard to find a nail place that can accommodate later appointments. They were both super nice, welcoming, and professional. I felt comfortable the entire time and loved the service.
