“I walked in yesterday, unfortunately they were unable to accommodate me due to appointments and asked me to make an appointment. I called today and made an appointment for 2:45pm for two pedicures. We walked in at 2:40pm at the same time as a woman who did not have an appointment who just needed a "quick pedicure". They took her and at 3pm while the person I'm with is halfway thru their appointment I still do not have water in my bowl and they took the walk in before me. I pointed out to the ladies that this was happening and they literally just ignored me and didn't say anything. I'm incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service. I drove here from Huntington Beach twice in the last two days and this is really unacceptable to treat customers this way. I really hope the owner of this business reaches out and corrects this. I not only have been coming here for a while now, I've also purchased gift cards and referred people here. I won't be doing so in the future.”

“The ladies are very warm and friendly! The prices are very fair but the ldies priority is to do quality work and keeping clients happy. All the guests seemed to be calm and relaxed even during a rush. They did not overcharge and gave quality service with a smile. My nil tech was Sofia and she was absolutely lovely and did excellent work. Cant wait to go back!”
