“I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled. On Sunday, October 4, 2026, I came to your salon for an eyebrow waxing service. At the time I left the salon, I did not immediately realize that the skin around my eyebrow had been lifted and injured. After I got home, the area became painful, red, and irritated, and I could clearly see the skin injury. I contacted the salon to report the injury, but instead of addressing the situation, I was told that it was my fault. I do not believe that is an appropriate way to handle a customer who has suffered a visible skin injury following a waxing service.”

“I visited Glam Chateau for the first time today after looking up nail salons in my area since I moved recently. I walked in without an appointment and waited just a few minutes. All of the nail techs were friendly and greeted me, even brought me complimentary water. I had a nail style in mind that featured multi colors and patterns picked out from a photo I found online and asked Tammy if she could apply the same style on my new acryllic set. She said she could and executed FLAWLESSLY. She is very talented and able to duplicate designs just by looking at pictures. I am sooo happy with how my nails turned out as well as the service I received during my visit. I highly recommend Glam Chateau nails!!”
