“I have been living in Southern California for only a few months. I think I have found my new Hair Studio. I love the name, but what I loved most was that they were so super kind and understood what I needed for a fun night out with my boyfriend. I was a bridesmaid, but I wanted to get my hair done right. Just a cut, a touch up, a new look. I didn't know what I wanted, but the staff gave me a once over with their experienced eyes and they provided me the service and care that any young woman needs to show off to impress the crowed (my man wink wink). Thank you so much for your care and patience. I am happy with my new look!”

“I’m honestly confused by all the good reviews because my experience was completely different. I came in specifically for a haircut with bangs and showed the stylist Omar he pictures of exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, what he cut looked very different from the reference photos and was not what I asked for at all. I was extremely disappointed with the result and, based on my experience, I really don’t think his cutting skills were good. What made the experience even more frustrating was that it was obvious I wasn’t happy with the haircut. Instead of offering to fix it, asking what he could do differently, or even acknowledging that the result wasn’t what I had requested, he offered me a bottle of water. Seriously? I was still charged the full price for the haircut. Interestingly, on the day I went, he was the only stylist who had immediate availability. After my experience, I can’t help but wonder why. I need to go to another place to fix my hair again! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this haircut was so different from what I clearly showed and requested that I felt I needed to share my experience. If you’re particular about your haircut, I would be very cautious.”
