LUX SPA

“Have been to multiple Korean spas in the last few months and this has been by far the worst. The place is falling apart. Has mold and the ceiling looks like it’s going to fall apart on you at any moment. There is no flow so it’s awkward to get to any area. There are so many signs posted up everywhere about what you can’t do, including talk. I appreciate a quiet spa day and was glad there are notices posted. The bad part was that it’s the actual workers who are the ones walking around talking extremely loud with other workers who are USING the spa. That’s right, the workers are using the facilities and loudly talking to eachother making it anything but peaceful. The workers are in the spa area with street clothes on and with sandals!!!!! I even heard a man’s voice in the women’s area. When I got there I asked if the restaurant was open since I was hungry and was told it was. When I got in there and was ready to eat, the restaurant was closed. After trying all the areas and not having any money of peace and quiet, I left. There are so many other better spas out there so I will not be returning to this one ever again. It was a huge let down and was highly disappointed. What should have been a relaxing experience was anything but.”
