Mesmerizing Lashes

“I honestly think they’re all racist because I’ve been going to get my lashes done for over a year with them and I switch up from cat eye to wanting all 20mm and they kept giving me shorter lengths in the front when I wanted all my lashes to be the same length. It got so bad that immediately right after I’d ask why is the front shorter and they would say “it looks better” who are you to tell me what looks better when I’m requesting all 20mm I don’t want 16mm in the front. After my appointment i always have to get my lashes fixed because they aren’t giving me the correct length. I booked with joy and she didn’t want to fix my lashes even tho she did them incorrectly. She decided to take her next client instead of fixing my lashes. So another artist had to fix them. Then I booked with Ashley. I normally book with her and she did the same thing to me as well. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for them to just give me 20mm only. Then when I called the front desk receptionist asked me to send a picture or video which I did. I sent a video and all they did was heart it. They never once cared to fix the issue so imma just rule it out as racism because why would you ignore a loyal customer that tips.”
