“Last time I was there there was a cockroach. They tried to hid it but I saw it coming out of one of their trolleys. They also try to lie to you about how they only accept cash and even put an ATM machine inside to get you to pull out cash which I find very disingenuous and scammy. Everyone here is very nice but the way the business is run is not the best. One of the workers did my nails twice and both times her hands were insanely hot and sweaty. It was the most uncomfortable feeling my hands were so sticky by the end of each appt. This is not normal in the years I’ve been getting my nails done I’ve never had that issue I think gloves should be implemented.”

“I have been going here for years. I have used Kenny in the past and he gets so deep in my cuticles he cuts my skin open now I have an open wound again. He did it before and it took a week to heal with blood and he was spraying alcohol on it so it was burning the entire time he was giving pedicure. I thought I would give him another chance yesterday and was rushing and cut my toe open again now I have a second open wound so I don’t think I will be going there again. The thing that bothers me, the most is I try to have a conversation and when you try to talk to them they are like they don’t have time to talk to you but want to talk to each other. Some new lady kept giving ugly looks when I was trying to talk nice to her. Unfortunately, I think they’re under new management and lost my business.”
