“Nice Relaxing Place”

“I honestly debated whether or not to even write this review because the experience at the spa was beautiful for most of the day. The staff was kind, the massage was great and atmosphere was relaxing, and everything initially seemed luxurious and well-maintained. However, right before leaving I saw a rat in the locker area … That completely changed my entire impression of the spa. I mentioned it to the staff but I’m not too sure if it was mentioned to the manager or if they even care because no one came to talk to us as we were leaving. (And omg all I can think of was to leave immediately) Since then, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about how unsanitary and concerning that is, especially in a facility where people are using jacuzzis, plunge pools, saunas, and shared wellness spaces. What bothered me most was knowing that if there is one visible in the locker area, there’s a possibility they may also be roaming around other parts of the spa after hours. For a place that presents itself as high-end and focused on wellness and cleanliness, this was extremely disappointing and unsettling. I truly wanted to leave with only positive things to say, which is why I hesitated to post this, but cleanliness and sanitation in a spa environment are too important to ignore!”

“This review is specifically for a massage therapist named Tracy. I had a massage with her last week and she was so strong and intuitive with the treatment. I have had massages once a month for years and years, and she is among the best of them! Highly recommend.”
