“DO NOT GO HERE. Worst lash extensions experience ever. I had asked to do a very specific style with picture examples and in the middle of doing my lashes only THEN did she tell me my eyelashes were too sparse to recreate the image, but she was going to try her best. I would have rather she told me upfront that it wouldn’t be possible. She did not have the tape pad under my eye like most lash techs and just taped it slightly, causing the glue fumes to go in my eye. I was totally able to open my eye the whole process and at some points my eyes were slightly ajar, it really was just me closing my eyes to the best of my ability which kept them closed, allowing the glue fumes to hurt my eyes. When she finished, it was really painful and difficult for me to open my eyes, and the pain from the fumes caused excessive tearing. At this point, some lashes had started to fall out and I pointed it out to her but she still didn't fix it. Once I got home, I followed all of the aftercare instructions, but the lashes were still falling out. The day after, I hadn't showered nor washed my face but the lashes started to fall out in CLUMPS. At this point I would need an entirely new set of lashes, and it's only been 24 hours after my appointment! They only offered a 50% refund or for me to come in and have them fix it, but being as I drove 45 minutes for this appointment and I can't imagine anything would improve even if I got them redone, I just accepted the refund instead - which really was not that much considering how much I spent. She refused to give me a larger refund, even though all of the lashes are falling out and it was a huge waste of time and energy. Beware and do not go here!”
