“The Cafe at the Mission is a charming fixture in San Juan Capistrano, located next door to the historic mission. It's a beautiful cafe with ample indoor and outdoor seating. They have a sign near the cold brew station highlighting their use of La Colombe beans. Having heard good things about the roaster, I gave it a shot. The cold brew was okay, though the profile leans dark with a noticeably bitter finish. A splash of cream helped round out the edges. While the cold brew wasn't a standout, the atmosphere and staff certainly were. I will be back and will try something different next time.”
