“My Dr office is in the building above the cafe so I went in to grab a coffee and a small snack for my few hrs drive back home to keep me awake. The Asian lady Idk if she is the owner but was really weird acting and I’m so tired that I was slow to catch her vibe. It wasn’t until I left that I said ok, maybe it was something about me that she didn’t care for Idk. I told myself I will Never step in there again. It’s convenient because my Dr is in the building, but if she owns that place, I’m Good! To be in a location where you’re serving your fellow occupants Patients/Customers/Business Partners you need to have an inviting & Friendly personality & environment. This Lady body language & face has annoyed and disgust openly displayed and that’s not ok.”

“If I Could Zero Stars I Would. Asian Lady That Works There Has A Serious Attitude Making You The Customer Feel Completely Worthless And Unappreciated. I Was Never Told That They Charge Extra For Whipped Cream. So I Got Charged A Full .80 Cent! In All The Places I've Bought Smoothies Or Bobas Never Have I Ever Been Charged For Whipped Cream! I Would Have Appreciated Being Told. Given Full Disclosure! Nobody Likes Hidden Fees! My First And Last Purchase! Please Take Your Business Somewhere Else!!!”

“Very rude and unattentive, the asian lady/shop owner. She treated me like I was a bother and rushing me to order even though her cafe was practically empty with only 1 prior customer who already had his food. Ordered a pina colada smoothie, but she didn't even offer me whipped cream. When I asked, I was told it's extra for whipped cream (almost whole other dollar for a little bit of whipped cream). To make matters worse the smoothie looked more like a juice since it was so watery; you could tell they hardly used any fruit because they also charge extra for more fruit in your smoothie which is the consistency it should be in the first place. Will not be purchasing anything else from this place.”
