“This place feels like a hidden gem. ​It has a long, linear layout that might look tiny at first glance, but it's actually made of several shipping containers connected side by side. There is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. ​They are famous for their Volcano Latte, which is topped with sea salt for a unique flavor. The Yuzu Tonic is another standout—it's a blend of espresso and yuzu tonic water. I highly recommend it if you're in the mood to try something new.”

“Where to begin. Play coffee located downtown Fullerton California is a unique and interesting play, pun intended on a traditional third wave coffee shop. It’s set up stretches the normal as there’s compartments to the location. The main building houses the café itself where drinks are made, and you can order and buy beans. After leaving the doors with coffee in hand, you can journey to find your favorite sitting spot included on the property. They have several benches small tables, big meeting areas and plenty of plants. It’s squished in between two bars which can become lively at night and there’s a lot of food options in the area if you’re wanting to continue exploring. The color theme is playful using bright blues and warm orange oranges. The coffee themselves: They have a moderate size menu focusing on specialty creations using in-house high-quality ingredients. They have a lot of warm and deep sweet flavors with hefty price tags. Drinks range from six dollars all the way to 10. You heard me right, you are paying an arm and a leg for some bean juice, sugar, and milk of your choice which they don’t charge extra if you wanna have an alternative milk used. I went with my friend Elijah. We had an exquisite time and we got a cardamom and maple shaken latte. This is a once in a while purchase that we both enjoyed.”
