“Went to this Sunright branch on 9/26/26 (Sat) at 8:35 pm and was told by the girl working there wearing a black Wu-Tang shirt that she isnt taking any more orders even though the hours posted on the wall behind her clearly states that the place is open until 9 pm on Saturday. She wasn't exactly rude but her attitude was one of indifference. My partner and I have been longtime customers and we've been coming to this Sunright branch almost every week for several years now. We often get there close to closing time and have never had anyone tell us they stop taking orders half an hour before closing time. But after this, we may decide that it's no longer worth our while and start patronizing Wushiland Boba on Bristol. In fact, after we were turned away from Sunright, that's exactly what we did. They also have a Yakult green tea (my favorite) and it's quite delicious. And they're also open until 11 pm. (1/5 stars for the service, 4/5 stars for the tea)”

“My first experience with sunright was ok, not bad! Just nothing super impressive. This time I tried the pistachio cream matcha latte and I love it quite a bit!! Still slightly sweet although I adjusted it to like 30% but overall love it a lot more! PS, it was kinda hard to find but it’s inside the building, you just have to wander around a little bit to find it lololol”
