“Ordered a brown sugar milk tea with crème brûlée topping. They gave me a cup of milk with crème brûlée topping. No brown sugar syrup in sight. Why serve a cup of milk and forget the only ingredient that goes in the milk. Looks nothing like the picture they advertise.”

“I came here for the items that are advertised on their MATCHA COLLECTION flyer. The physical flyer was right in front of the store. After walking in, the clerk told me that the flyer was a messed up. When asked about the matcha boba, he said he ran out of that kind of boba. I ordered the drinks but they turned out to be the worst matcha drink I have ever had. I don't know what went wrong, the ingredients, or the technique of making the drink? It looks okay from the appearance, but the cream and matcha could not really blend well together, and the taste of drink was bland. I see so many nice pictures and great reviews here, but it gave me a feeling that the store was likely sold to a new owner recently. I will not come back.”
