“If you are unlucky enough to be here when it's busy, the staff will stare at you like a deer in headlights if spoken to. Good thing they have ordering computers. But don't customize your order with less ice, it probably won't make it to your cup. I will say that sitting here for a while enjoying my drink, I noticed that the staff spoke to people when it was slower. Solid tasting drinks though. We had the black sesame matcha and the Thai milk tea.”

“We ordered an Ice Jasmine Green tea, no sugar an Ice Black Tea, No sugar and they were both Very Sweet! First time here, I should have tasted it before I left. The sticker read, no sugar too. Idk, I'll give it another try but, next time, I'll double check at the counter”
