“I come here all the time, mostly it's great. Right now the music is unusually loud. It sounds more like a dance club than a coffee shop and they refused to turn it down when I asked. Tuesday October 13th 2026 1:00 pm.”

“I would like to respectfully suggest hiring additional staff and providing further training to ensure orders are prepared well. I have noticed there are two cash registers, but they are almost always unattended. Even when customers are waiting in line, I have rarely seen both registers operating at the same time. It is not just my own experience; I have often seen other customers waiting idly for at least 5 minutes. Sometimes the total wait time can add up to 20 minutes, which takes a bit too long. I truly believe that if this issue is addressed, your business will thrive and grow even more successfully.”

“I ordered everything avocado toast and they decided not to tell me they were out of everything seasoning and covered it in chili powder. Terrible surprise luckily I checked my food and noticed they forgot the egg as well. I was a regular at this place but think I will take my business down the street to reborn from here on out”
