The treatment was fast and painless and Angela the aesthetician was knowledgeable and walked me through the procedure. Jonathan the spa manager was super accommodating as I had to reschedule once. Overall I love the experience and I have a second treatment next month 😊”

“Here’s the thing... I wanted to give Celine Med Spa a good review. I really did. However, in the end, all I got was sick and had to battle with their manager for refunds. I was left with more than $1,200 out of pocket and a feeling of complete disgust and distrust for this med spa. In this TLDR, I will simply say, buyer beware. Now onto my story. I initially purchased a facial at a promotional price. I knew this would probably come with some heavy duty upselling, but I was there for that. I was ready for some new face care and maybe a little botox or something stronger. Sure enough, following my good, but not life-changing facial, I was introduced to the fast-talking, enthusiastic manager. The sales pitch started with a glass of prosecco (which I initially turned down, but somehow ended up with a glass anyway). Then the manager tried to sell me a facial package, including products. The next thing I knew, I was handed an ipad to apply for credit. It was quick, no fuss, and suddenly I had a large credit line set up. That’s when the real sales pitch began. We talked about losing weight, getting rid of my fat with treatments, rather than diets and exercise. She promised results, and I wanted it. I signed up for a Tirzepatide program to lose weight and three treatments of Morpheus8 to tighten my neck. I pre-paid for everything, then was told there were no refunds. Still, I was excited! The next week I arrived for my first treatment of the Morpheus8 and injection of Tirzepatide. They were out of the Tirzepatide, but they had semaglutide, which was cheaper. The nurse and I discussed getting some money back since I was going to do a less expensive program. As we waited for my neck to numb for the Morpheus8, I got my first shot. The nurse noticed a scar on my chest and asked me if I keloid. I showed her a few other scars. She then warned me that Morpheus8 could cause scarring, and it was my decision if I wanted to continue. At that time, I opted not to (because what’s the point of doing something to look better if it’s going to leave me with scars?), and she told me she would let the manager know I needed a refund. Then the room began to spin. I started to sweat and I vomited multiple times. I couldn’t stand or walk on my own. The nurse got the doctor, who took care of me. He called my husband to come get me, paid for his Uber since my car couldn’t stay there, and called in a prescription of anti-nausea medication. I left sick and exhausted, but impressed. Both the manager and the doctor checked in on me over the next few days. I thought they really cared about their patients. I was wrong. The next part was a battle to get my money back. They refused to refund me. They offered a laser treatment instead of the Morpheus8, but it said right on their website that neither Morpheus8 nor the laser treatment are for people with sensitive or keloid prone skin. After several weeks of messaging, they finally refunded me the money for the Tirzepatide, but that was it. They would not refund me the money for the Morpheus8. I issued a charge back with the credit company and even had a note from my primary doctor about my sensitive, keloid prone skin. After some back and forth, as well as an appeal, I finally got a partial refund. Happy ending, right? Nope. I only got a PARTIAL refund. I was still out $1,200 for treatments I would never use. I’m sorry to say, that is the end of my story. I opted not to go the legal route, because who needs that mess? Instead, I’m leaving this review here and hope it will make you think twice about going to this med spa.”
