“I had such a wonderful facial with Winnie at Delux Med Spa! 💕 She was so caring, attentive, and really took her time throughout the entire treatment. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. You could tell she genuinely cared about giving me the best experience possible. My skin felt amazing afterward, and I will definitely be coming back to see Winnie again! ✨ Highly recommend her!”

“I had such a wonderful experience at Deluxe Med Spa in Irvine! I originally found them through Groupon and purchased their 75-minute Hydrating Facial. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Everyone there had beautiful, glowing skin themselves, which honestly made me feel even more comfortable and confident that I was in good hands! My facial specialist was Winnie, and she was absolutely wonderful. Although there was a little bit of a language barrier, it truly did not take away from my experience at all. Winnie is incredibly sweet, funny, and attentive, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She still took the time to explain things to me, give me helpful information about my skin, and answer my questions. Most importantly, she did an AMAZING job. I've had facials before, but I can genuinely say I've never had one quite like this. The entire 75 minutes felt thorough and relaxing, and I left extremely happy with my experience. Afterward, I learned that I wouldn't be able to repurchase the Groupon for another visit. I initially thought Groupon allowed up to three purchases, but I understand that each business may have its own policy. Thankfully, the spa offered me an in-house promotion that I actually thought was a great value: three different facials for $199, including the Hydrating Facial , a Detox Facial, and another facial option. I enjoyed my first visit so much that I ended up purchasing the three-facial package before leaving! Overall, I definitely recommend Deluxe Med Spa. The staff was welcoming, Winnie was wonderful, and the facial itself exceeded my expectations. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying the other treatments in my package!”
