Excell Atelier is a boutique med spa in Huntington Beach, located on Main Street in the heart of downtown. Led by owner and lead injector Jennae Ty-De Guzman, BSN, RN, with medical director Dr. Phuc Bao Tran, DO, overseeing care, our medical spa focuses on natural-looking, results-driven treatments. Services include Botox, Dysport and Daxxify wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers and facial balancing, Sculptra and other collagen stimulators, PRP and PRF, microneedling, HydraFacial and customized facials, chemical peels, and IV therapy. We also provide Silver and Platinum memberships, each including a monthly facial. Our team is dedicated to personalized, subtle enhancements and attentive care in a welcoming, boutique setting.

“This MedSpa is the place to go for glowy glass skin. I have been coming here for months and the results speak for themselves. Megan is so knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable during my skin care treatments. I have now completed 6 microneedling sessions with her and have just recently tried out the HydraFacial with Dermaplaning and my skin’s texture has never looked better. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and their services are worth every cent. I am results driven myself as an esthetician and I feel like these treatments give me the boost I need to help me treat my own clients in the clinic. I love how my skin is looking and it’s all thanks to Megan I highly recommend seeing her for any treatment because she is so sweet and is an excellent esthetician.”
