“Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. The only person I was genuinely happy with was Erica, who was kind and professional. I had an issue with my filler and brought my concerns directly to the owner, and instead of receiving an apology, understanding, or any genuine effort to resolve the problem, I felt completely dismissed by the owner. she was rude and disrespectful toward both me and my friend. Rather than addressing my concerns, she told us that we were not welcome in their office and would no longer be serviced, despite the fact that I had already purchased a package and still had several sessions remaining. I found this response completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I requested a callback from the owner, but I never received one. I also asked for the owner’s email address so I could communicate my concerns in writing. The email address I was initially given did not even exist. After multiple attempts, I eventually managed to obtain the correct email address. On top of that, I was also charged a late cancellation fee after an unexpected emergency left me too unwell to leave my house, with no compassion or understanding. To make matters worse, I only found out by chance that the clinic is relocating. Patients should be properly informed about important changes like this. I have never experienced this level of poor communication and disrespect from a cosmetic clinic. I do not recommend this place and will never return. UPDATE: Update: After seeing the business’s response, I feel it is important to clarify that my original concerns still have not been addressed. Instead, the response focuses on accusations! Bringing someone else’s name into your response does not protect the reputation of your business; it only makes it look more unprofessional. I have said what I needed to say, and I’ll leave it to readers to make their own informed judgment.”

“If you’re looking for one of the worst customer service experiences in the U.S., this is the place to visit. It seems that customer satisfaction is the last thing they care about. I had both Botox and laser hair removal treatments here with nurse Vanessa.she’s nice and Erica one of the nicest nurses did My Botox .My Botox lasted less than two months. During my consultation, I was told that even in the worst-case scenario, the results would last at least 3–4 months. If I had been told it might only last two months, I would never have spent $1,000 for such short-lived results. As for the laser hair removal, after several sessions I noticed that my hair was still growing as before, and I still had to shave regularly. Before my pregnancy, I had laser hair removal at a different clinic, and I hardly needed to shave because the hair growth had been significantly reduced. When I brought up my concerns, I was simply told that it was “normal.” If that’s normal, then why didn’t I have the same experience with my previous laser treatments? They had no explanation. I was expecting a scientific and professional answer, not a vague, generic response. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the results and the customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic”
