“Please be very careful before getting any procedure here. After Assif did facial threads on me, one side of my face became severely swollen and uneven, and he told me to go to the ER. I was extremely scared and had serious concerns about the numbing substance used on my face and the reaction it caused. When I contacted him afterward, he told me he was busy celebrating with his family. I requested a refund because of what happened, but it was never honored. Based on my personal experience, I would not trust my safety here again. Please ask exactly what products are being used on your face before any procedure.”
