OC Weight Loss and Med Spa is a physician-supervised clinic in Mission Viejo, serving Orange County. “Update — August 31, 2026: I spent about $1,500 on injections from your business after being told they could work better than brand-name options like Ozempic. After about 2 months, they had zero effect on my appetite or weight loss. When I contacted the doctor, I was told that these injections simply do not work for some people and that I was one of them — but that no refund would be provided. Two years later, new management has replied, but the main issue is still unresolved: I paid $1,500 based on the results your business promoted and received no benefit. If the new management wants to take responsibility, I would accept even a 50% refund ($750) as a reasonable resolution. Otherwise, my 1-star rating remains unchanged.”
