It was founded by Heather Witt, a Physician Assistant and Injector with 12 years of experience. She has two core beliefs: the aging process is reversible and that great results can look natural. Heather is dedicated to achieving your aesthetic goals by using the most advanced injectables, such as Botox/Dysport, fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, and PDO threads. Heather will help you achieve optimal skin health through a curated assortment of prescription-strength and medical-grade skincare products.

“First time patient, and it definitely will not be my last time! I decided to come to The Retreat Wellness + Aesthetics because I had a terrible experience elsewhere. Nurse Brit was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, put any anxiety at ease, and walked me through the entire process of dissolving my lips, as well as the plan to correct what another company had ultimately botched. She made sure I understood the process and never tried to push any unnecessary procedures. On the day of my dissolving appointment, Nurse Brit took her time to make sure I was comfortable and properly numbed. Personally, the procedure was painless, with only typical swelling afterward and minimal bruising. Nurse Brit is the absolute best, she care about her patients and takes pride in her work! I’m beyond excited to start my lip journey over the right way with Nurse Brit at The Retreat Wellness + Aesthetics!”
