“One of the worst cold stones out there. Don’t go there, trust me. Ice cream selection is very limited, and it had a weird taste. It felt like I was eating flavored Elmer’s glue with sprinkles, I’m not kidding. Find some other ice cream place, I’m sure it tastes better there and is worth your money.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. The service was terrible, the portion size was very poor for the price, and the two employees working there were disrespectful, unprofessional, and did not know how to treat customers properly. This was honestly one of the worst ice cream experiences I have ever had. Customers are paying for both the product and good service, and what I received was unacceptable. I strongly recommend that management review the performance and behavior of these two employees and seriously consider replacing them with staff who are professional, respectful, and understand how to provide good customer service. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and makes the necessary changes because this kind of service can cause customers to never return.”
