“​Terrible experience at this Cold Stone. I’ve given this location multiple chances out of convenience, but I am officially done. The guys working were super rude (one more so than the other), argued with me about prices, and upcharged me for things I've never been charged for in 10+ years of going to Cold Stone. When I questioned it, they literally told me "it depends on who you get"—meaning zero rules or consistency. ​To top it off, the ice cream is always partially melted (clearly a temperature issue), and on my way out I noticed flies buzzing all over the open waffle bowls, which completely turned my stomach. The staff spent the whole time laughing and joking hanging out behind the counter like it's a playground. And the phone number on the receipt is incorrect so you can't call to complain. Save your money and drive to a different location. I hope the shut this location down.”

“They are located on the north side of the plaza, next to Pieology and the Acai bowl place. I've ordered via Door Dash from here and I've been in person. This location is fast when it comes to Door Dash deliveries and in store they're cranking out orders. I've been in the afternoon where it's a little slower and not too long of a wait. At night, it's up in the air, but everyone's still coming in towards closing to get ice cream. Last visit, it was one girl working on a Monday night and she didn't quit. It was her making the orders and ringing everyone up and she just powered through. I hope they're paying their staff well because they deserve it, especially when it's one person at night working.”
